Profile:

      1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
      2. High sense of commitment to quality and customer service;
      3. Strong orientation towards results and operational excellence;
      4. Leadership skills and ability to coordinate teams;
      5. Ease of communication and good interpersonal relationships;
      6. Good planning skills and priority management;
      7. Dynamic, proactive person with a strong sense of responsibility;
      8. Good knowledge of English;
      9. Proficiency in computer tools from a user perspective;
      10. Availability for rotating shifts.
