1. Campaign Description

This promotional campaign, “5 with 10% Off” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”), is promoted by Confeitarias Arca e Arcádia, S.A., with registered office at Rua do Almada, No. 63, 4050-036 Porto, Portugal (hereinafter “Arcádia”).

The Campaign offers a 10% discount on five Arcádia products, selected monthly, exclusively in the Arcádia online store.

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign will run every month, beginning on the first day of each month and ending on the last day of the month, with five new products selected at the beginning of each month.

The 10% discount will be applied automatically to the selected products and will be available throughout the month, subject to stock availability.

3. Participation Conditions

The Campaign is valid exclusively in the Arcádia online store.

The price indicated for the selected items already reflects the campaign discount.

Each customer may benefit from the discount on any quantity of the selected products during the campaign period.

4. Terms and Limitations

The 10% discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

The five products included in the campaign will be changed monthly, with no option for customers to choose or replace them.

The campaign is limited to the available stock of the selected products.

5. Liability and Changes

Arcádia reserves the right to change the products included in the campaign monthly and may adjust the product list in the event of unavailability.

Arcádia reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign for unforeseen reasons, without incurring any additional liability.
