1. Campaign Description

1.1. The present promotional campaign "5 with 10% Discount" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is promoted by Confeitarias Arca and Arcádia, S.A., headquartered at Rua do Almada, nº 63, 4050-036 Porto, Portugal (hereinafter "Arcádia").

1.2. The Campaign offers a 10% discount on five Arcádia products, selected monthly, exclusively in the Arcádia online store.

2. Campaign Period

2.1. The Campaign will be in effect every month, starting on the 1st day of each month and ending on the last day of the month, with the selection of five new products at the beginning of each month.

2.2. A 10% discount will be automatically applied to selected products and will be available throughout the month, subject to available stock.

3. Conditions of Participation

3.1. The Campaign is valid exclusively in the online store of Arcádia.

3.2. The price indicated in the selected items already reflects the discount of the campaign.

3.3. Each customer can take advantage of the discount on any quantity of the selected products during the campaign period.

 4. Terms and Limitations

4.1. The 10% discount is not cumulative with other promotions or discounts.

4.2. The five products included in the campaign will be changed monthly, with no possibility of choice or substitution by the customer.

4.3. The campaign is limited to the available stock of the selected products.

 5. Responsibility and Changes

5.1. Arcádia reserves the right to change the products included in the campaign monthly, and may adjust the list of products in case of unavailability.

5.2. Arcádia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time and without prior notice for unforeseen reasons, without this implying any additional liability.
