Payment methods
Secure and verified paymentsYou can pay for your orders using MBWay, ATM reference, Credit or Debit Card.
When you enter your billing information, we will send your invoice via email. On your customer page you can also view all your invoices.
Delivery Methods
Secure deliveries in 1 business dayOur orders take between 1 and 2 business days to be delivered to their destination. In hotter periods, such as summer, we avoid sending orders on Fridays, so that the orders do not remain with our carrier over the weekend and may suffer temperature differences.

No, unfortunately it will not be possible to choose the delivery time for your order. The delivery window for our orders, by our carrier, is from 9am to 7pm.

We cannot guarantee that this will happen, but in our experience, when inserting a Portuguese telephone contact in the delivery data, if delivery difficulties arise on the part of the courier, the courier will call that contact to find a way to make the delivery to the recipient.

Orders
General information about our ordersThrough the Arcádia online store you will not be able to send products to different destinations, you would have to place an order for each desired destination. However, for questions related to this topic you can contact us via email vendas@arcadia.pt and our team will help make this possible.
Yes, you can always add your personal special touch to all your orders. When placing your order, simply indicate the message you want in the “Add a personalized message for gift” field.
Yes, it is always possible to cancel your order, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible when you have this need, via email online@arcadia.pt or by telephone contact 222 001 518.

Arcádia invoices are all sent via email. Your order will not come with an invoice, but with a descriptive order guide.
Conservation
In general, you should keep your Arcadia Chocolates in a dry place, between 12º-20º C., avoiding humidity and high temperatures.
