Store Manager – Greater Porto

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure excellent customer service;

- Ensure strict compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety requirements;

- Operational and financial management of the store;

- Team management and development.

- Experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years);

- Quality Orientation;

- Service and Customer Orientation;

- Leadership, organization, and team management skills;

- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships;

- Good planning and organizational skills;

- Dynamism, proactivity, and rigor;

- Solid knowledge of English;

- Solid knowledge of Computer Science from the user's perspective;

- Availability to work rotating shifts.
