SeQura is a technological platform through which we offer you different payment methods or solutions that you can use to finance your purchases through the financial entity Svea.

The information analysis system of the financial entity Svea, which will ultimately be the entity granting you the transaction, conducts an individual study of each request by analyzing various variables from both the clients and the products they wish to purchase. Acceptance by the system is necessary in order to use this service.
If you have received the message that your order was not accepted, you should choose another payment method to complete this purchase.
The "Flexi" is a combination of various payment methods offered by Svea through the SeQura technology platform, where you can choose to pay for your purchase within 3 months, without interest or any type of fees, or pay in 6, 9, 12, 18, or even 24 months, incurring a financial cost.
In any case, select and choose the payment method you prefer when finalizing the purchase, enter your citizen card number and mobile phone number, and pay the first installment at that moment. The other payments will be made automatically each month on your card, and we will send you a receipt by email.

If you have chosen to pay in 3 months at no cost, Svea collaborates with the stores to make it completely free for you. When we mention "free," it is because it is truly free. However, although it is not very common, you may eventually find a store that cannot offer this free service, in which case there will be a single opening cost to be paid with the first payment along with the first installment. If this is the case, you will find the "opening cost" clearly visible during the process, with no hidden traps.
If you have chosen to pay in 6 or more months, this payment method has no interest, but there is a fixed cost per installment, depending on the order value.
The payment of the installments is automatic every month on the card with which you made the first payment of the purchase. As always, you will receive an email with the confirmation of this operation and with the accepted contractual conditions.
The payment due date is the same day of the month in which the purchase was made.

As always, all changes are free and without penalties, but you will see that we charge €1 on the new card to validate it, which will be refunded to the same card.
You can make an early payment whenever you wish, without restrictions or extra costs. All changes are free of charge, with no penalties, unless, according to the applicable local legislation regarding your consumer credit loan, there is any fee for early repayment that applies, the amount of which will, in any case, already be included in your accepted loan agreement at the time of financing your purchase. The first thing to do is to contact the store where you made the purchase to initiate the return process as instructed.
