SeQura is a technological platform through which we offer you different payment methods or solutions that you can use to finance your purchases through the financial entity Svea.
You will only need to make your regular purchase at one of the participating stores.
Add the desired products to the cart and proceed to payment.
Among the different payment methods offered by the store, you may find one or more of the payment methods provided by Svea, as the financial entity, with SeQura as the platform or technology provider.
The SeQura technology platform will open with the payment method you have selected and you will see all the information related to the payment.
Follow the steps to complete the purchase and that's it! You will be permanently kept informed of the payment status by email.

When you make your first purchase, using your personal data and mobile phone number, your user account will be automatically created in the SeQura technology platform environment and you will be able to access it whenever you want to check your purchases with Svea.
To access your user account, you only need your citizen card number and the mobile phone number or email with which you registered.

The computer analysis system of the financial entity Svea, which will ultimately be the entity granting you the transaction, conducts an individual study of each request by analyzing various variables from both the customers and the products they wish to purchase. Acceptance by the system is necessary to be able to use this service.
If you have received the message that your order was not accepted, you should choose another payment method to complete the purchase.
“Flexi” is a combination of several payment methods offered by Svea through the SeQura technology platform, where you can choose to pay for your purchase within 3 months, without interest or any type of fees, or pay over 6, 9, 12, 18, or even 24 months, paying a financial cost.
In any case, select and choose the payment method you prefer when completing the purchase, enter your citizen card number and mobile phone number, and pay the first installment at that moment. The other payments will be made automatically each month on your card, and we will send you a receipt by email.
You should check on the online store where you are making your purchase which flexible payment term it offers.
If you have chosen to pay in 3 months without costs, Svea collaborates with the stores to make it completely free for you. If we mention “free,” it is truly free. However, although it is not very common, you may occasionally find a store that cannot offer this free service, in which case there will be a single opening fee to be paid with the first payment along with the first installment. If this is the case, you will find the “opening fee” clearly and visibly displayed during the process, with no hidden traps.
If you have chosen to pay in 6 or more months, this payment method has no interest, but there is a fixed cost per installment, depending on the order value.
The payment of the installments is automatic each month on the card used for the first payment of the purchase. As always, you will receive an email confirming this transaction and the accepted contractual terms.
The payment due date is the same day of the month on which the purchase was made.
You will only need to access your user account, enter the corresponding purchase, and click on the “Change” link found next to the card number through which the installment payments are being made (top right corner).
As always, all changes are free and without penalties, but you will see that we charge €1 on the new card to validate it, an amount that will be refunded to the same card.
You can make an early payment whenever you want, with no restrictions or extra costs. All changes are free of charge, without penalties, unless, according to the local legislation applicable to your consumer credit loan, there is a commission for early repayment that applies, the amount of which will, in any case, already be included in your loan contract accepted at the time of financing your purchase. If your plan has fixed monthly costs, you will save part of those costs when you pay more than one installment in advance!
Log into your account and select the plan you want to complete to find the "Repay plan" option, where you can pay the total remaining amount by card or bank transfer.
On the other hand, if you want to make a partial advance payment of several installments, you can also do so through customer service.
The first thing to do is contact the store where you made the purchase to start the return process as instructed.
When the store notifies us of the return of the item, Svea will automatically refund your card.
If you make an item exchange or a partial return, Svea does not issue a refund but adjusts the remaining installments according to the new order value.
